Tradition
The November 1, All Saints, the feast of the goddess Cailleach, the old woman.
When it comes to the winter witch Samhain to her reign, puts cold and darkness over the land and drops the vegetation in deep hibernation.
In the opening cycle of the year is the Cailleach, the guardian of the gates in the darkness, into the dark depths of our soul - a time for rest and contemplation.
